قدَّم سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية نيجيريا الاتحادية يوسف بن محمد البلوي، أوراق اعتماده سفيراً غير مقيم لدى بنين، للرئيس روموالد واداني رئيس جمهورية بنين.
