Najran 08 Safar 1448 AH corresponding to July 22, 2026, SPA - His Royal Highness Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musa'ad, Prince of Najran Region, reviewed the ongoing and future projects in the region, noting the support and attention given by the wise leadership - may God support them - to the transport sector, and the projects it receives that contribute to enhancing development, improving the efficiency of the road network, and raising the quality of life. This came during his reception today in his office of the Director General of the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services Branch in Najran Region, Engineer Warban bin Mahdi Al Atishan, and the branch's work team. His Highness was briefed on the design details of the road project linking the Najran and Jazan regions (direct), and its impact on strengthening connectivity between the southern regions of the Kingdom. He also listened to an explanation of the most prominent projects implemented and being implemented by the ministry in the region, which include a road network extending to approximately (2,869) kilometers, along with road development and maintenance projects, and raising the level of road safety, contributing to improving infrastructure efficiency and raising the quality of services provided to road users.
