WAS - Riyadh:

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the Learning Academy have signed an agreement to implement entry-level training and qualification programs for 3,000 beneficiaries (male and female). This is part of the Fund's ongoing efforts to empower national talents and enhance their readiness to participate in the labor market by providing high-quality training programs that align with the needs of economic sectors.

The agreement was signed by HRDF Director General Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juwayni and Learning Academy Board Chairman Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Dossary.

The agreement aims to implement specialized training and qualification programs that help equip national cadres with the required professional skills and applied knowledge in areas including: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, marketing and sales, occupational safety and health, supply chains and logistics, accounting and taxation, insurance, and risk management.

The agreement is an extension of HRDF's approach to building strategic partnerships with specialized training entities, contributing to expanding the scope of impactful training programs, improving the quality of their outputs, and enhancing their alignment with the needs of employers across various sectors, based on the Fund's role in supporting the qualification and empowerment of national cadres and stimulating investment in human capital.

The agreement also extends the Learning Academy's role in providing high-quality training solutions in partnership with national entities, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital, empowering national talents, and enhancing the alignment of training outputs with labor market needs.
