Deputy Governor of Al-Baha Sponsors Signing of Memorandums of Understanding Between Ministry of Health Branch and Non-Profit Associations

His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Turki, Deputy Governor of Al-Baha Region, sponsored today at the Emirate Diwan the signing of memorandums of understanding between the Ministry of Health branch in Al-Baha Region and a number of non-profit associations, in the presence of the branch director Naif Al-Mutairi.

His Highness, the Deputy Governor of the region, emphasized the importance of enhancing integration between government entities and the non-profit sector, contributing to the development of health and social services, and raising the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

The memorandums of understanding included: Darakum Endowment, represented by Board Chairperson Malak Baaissi; Batur Health Association for the Care of Amputees, represented by Executive Director Badr Al-Anzi; and Dalni Association for Prevention of Psychotropic Substances, represented by Board Chairperson Dr. Mohammed Al-Shurafi. The memorandums aim to unify efforts in providing qualitative health and community services that serve psychiatric patients, amputees, and shelter beneficiaries, in addition to strengthening preventive and awareness programs, thereby raising the quality of health and social care and expanding the scope of services provided to beneficiaries. These memorandums come as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Health branch in Al-Baha Region to build effective partnerships with the non-profit sector and unify efforts in providing health services and community initiatives that benefit community members.
