A royal order was issued appointing His Excellency Mr. Ihsan bin Abbas bin Hamza BaFaqih as Secretary of Jeddah Governorate at the excellent rank, after reviewing the relevant regulations.

The text of the royal order clarified that the appointment was made in accordance with the Basic Law of Governance, the Law of Ministers, Deputy Ministers, and Excellent Rank Employees, in addition to the previous royal orders regulating that.

The royal order also directed the relevant authorities to adopt and implement the decision.
