The Taif Municipality affirmed that the city's expansion of green spaces and development of the urban landscape reflect the scale of the developmental transformation the governorate is experiencing, within qualitative programs and projects aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability and improving quality of life, noting that the growing vegetation, parks, and green corridors in neighborhoods and main axes have become a key element in shaping the city's visual identity.

The municipality explained that afforestation efforts and urban landscape improvements have contributed to creating a more attractive and comfortable urban environment for residents and visitors, and have strengthened Taif's position as an urban and tourist destination that combines natural elements and modern infrastructure.

It added that the city is moving rapidly towards strengthening its status as one of the leading Saudi cities in sustainable urban development, through implementing qualitative projects that raise the efficiency of public facilities, support environmental sustainability, and achieve quality-of-life goals.
