General / Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage team inspects King Salman Relief Center's urgent surgical operations project in Gaza Strip Gaza, Safar 02, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 16, 2026, SPA - The implementing partner of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in the Gaza Strip conducted an inspection tour of the urgent surgical operations project carried out at Al-Quds Hospital and the Arab National Hospital in Gaza City, as part of the Saudi popular campaign to aid the brotherly Palestinian people in the Strip. During the tour, the team reviewed the progress of surgical operations and held meetings with the administrations of Al-Quds Hospital and the Arab National Hospital, where the administrations and medical staff presented the mechanisms of implementing the project and the impact it has had in reducing waiting lists and enhancing hospitals' capacity to respond to urgent surgical cases. The medical staff affirmed that the project provided by the Kingdom through the King Salman Relief Center represents important support for the health sector and enhances hospitals' ability to provide services to patients under limited resources. The project embodies the noble humanitarian role of the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, in standing with the brotherly Palestinian people in various crises and hardships. It is noteworthy that the project aims to perform (500) urgent surgical operations for (500) patients in need of urgent surgical intervention, contributing to saving patients and alleviating their suffering, as well as reducing financial burdens on families amid the difficult humanitarian and economic conditions in the Gaza Strip. // End // 02:30 T.M. 0010
