His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, received at the Emirate headquarters the Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Ambassador Hadi Shibli.
