His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, made a phone call on Thursday to His Excellency Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the sisterly State of Kuwait.
