The Citizen Account program confirmed that a prisoner cannot benefit from the program, while his wife is eligible to register.

The program added, via its 'Beneficiary Care' account on platform X, that a prisoner cannot benefit from the Citizen Account program.

It continued that among the eligibility conditions is that the beneficiary must not be a prisoner, and the wife can register (as the main beneficiary) and select 'family breadwinner is imprisoned' and the husband is not added. If there are children, a birth certificate or family card must be attached.
