Commerce names Mohammad bin Musa bin Mohammad Hashlool, Mohammad bin Saad Mohammad Al-Mutairfi, and Abdullah Mohammad Abdul-Badi' (Egyptian) for committing commercial concealment in contracting activity
The Ministry of Commerce has publicly named three individuals after a court ruling convicted them of commercial concealment in contracting. The convicted include Mohammad bin Musa bin Mohammad Hashlool, Mohammad bin Saad Mohammad Al-Mutairfi, and Egyptian resident Abdullah Mohammad Abdul-Badi' Ali. Penalties include a fine of 120,000 riyals, publication of the ruling at their expense, and confiscation of assets worth 876,967 riyals from the concealed person.

The Ministry of Commerce has publicly named Mohammad bin Musa bin Mohammad Hashlool (ID XXXXXX7138), Mohammad bin Saad Mohammad Al-Mutairfi (ID XXXXXX7548), and Abdullah Mohammad Abdul-Badi' Ali (Egyptian nationality, residence ID XXXXXX8213), after a judicial ruling convicted them of committing commercial concealment in contracting activity.
Evidence proved that the concealers enabled the concealed person to manage and absolutely control the business of Bin Zahwan Modern Contracting Establishment. Additionally, large sums were found in the concealed person's account inconsistent with his income from working at the establishment, thus confirming the concealers' involvement in enabling the resident to engage in unlicensed commercial activity. The Ministry published the court ruling, which included convicting the concealers and the concealed person of violating the Anti-Concealment Law, fining them 120,000 riyals, publishing the summary of the ruling at their expense, and confiscating funds from the concealed person's assets amounting to 876,967 riyals.
It is noteworthy that the Anti-Concealment Law includes subsidiary penalties resulting from committing the concealment crime, including dissolving the establishment involved in the crime, deleting the commercial register, canceling the license, banning the concealer from practicing the activity subject to the crime and commercial activity for five years, and deporting the concealed person from the Kingdom and not allowing him to return for work.
