The Special Forces for Environmental Security caught a citizen for violating the environmental system, after monitoring him grazing 20 camels in areas where grazing is prohibited in the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve, and legal measures were taken against him.

The Forces explained that the violation of grazing camels in prohibited grazing sites incurs a fine of 500 riyals per camel, stressing the continued application of regulations against violators to protect the environment and natural reserves.

The Special Forces for Environmental Security called for reporting any cases of encroachment on the environment or wildlife by calling 911 in the regions of Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and numbers 999 and 996 in the rest of the Kingdom's regions, stressing that all reports are handled with complete confidentiality and without any liability on the reporter.
