Faisal bin Farhan Receives Venezuelan Foreign Minister

His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received today in Riyadh His Excellency Felix Plasencia, Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

During the meeting, His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs congratulated His Excellency on his appointment as Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs and International Trade, wishing him success in his duties, and expressing his aspiration to continue joint work to enhance cooperation relations between the two friendly countries.

The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral relations, discussed the latest regional developments, and addressed a number of issues of common interest.

The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Political Affairs, Dr. Saud Al-Sati.
