• All those who wrote about the incident of the employee who died after being fired were right, all those who sympathized with him were right, all those who felt pain for him were right, and the truth is that some people really enjoy harming others, forgetting that life may end in a moment, that chairs turn and the world turns, and that positions do not last. Such people only think of the moment, and never feel pain for a harsh decision that may destroy an entire family whose only fault is that this person is their destiny!! He is their sole breadwinner, and his dismissal will change their entire lives for the worse, or circumstances may lead them to the unknown and major mistakes. Because the death of this employee in front of his workplace was a truly sad and regrettable event, and found much sympathy, but more painful is that others may be unfairly dismissed, and live life under the burden of pain, fatigue, and helplessness. The great calamity is that the one responsible for this decision is an incompetent manager, or a female manager who was placed by chance to practice her thuggery on the workers..!!
• Hence comes the role of the Ministry of Human Resources in protecting and regulating the relationship; so that dismissal is not a routine procedure that any unjust manager or disturbed female manager can practice. Many are those who cry from the pain of dismissal, which is now practiced on them through some articles, and some who deal with the employee as if he is a number in their records; they can add or delete him as they wish, and they have many illusory and flimsy arguments on how to bend the system to their advantage, especially when the person in charge of the system is far from the field, leaving others to manage on his behalf. This is an issue I hope will occupy the enthusiasm of the inspection teams in the Ministry of Human Resources, which are very keen to follow up on everything, and punish anyone who violates the system severely, so that dismissal is not the first solution but the last, and that it is preceded by everything that can give the employee a fair chance to correct his path..!! • (The Hamza conclusion).. There is no harm in dismissal when it is justified, and let it be the last resort, but to be like this without right is unacceptable. When a person is the first victim, the system loses more than it gains.. That is my conclusion, and may you stay well.
