Riyadh, 26 Muharram 1448 AH corresponding to July 11, 2026 SPA His Excellency Mr. Abdulilah bin Abdulaziz Al-Duheim expressed his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may Allah preserve them - on the issuance of the royal order appointing him as Deputy Governor of the Saudi Central Bank for Executive Affairs at the distinguished rank. Al-Duheim affirmed his pride in this gracious trust, considering it a commission, an honor, and a responsibility, asking Allah Almighty to support him in this responsibility, which serves as an incentive to exert more effort and dedication in serving the dear homeland and its wise leadership, may Allah preserve them. It is noteworthy that His Excellency Mr. Abdulilah Al-Duheim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, completed the Leadership Development Program from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and obtained several specialized certificates in investment, risk management, and governance. He previously held the positions of Assistant Governor of the Central Bank for Executive Affairs, Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs, and Director of Risk and Investment Performance.
