Taif, Safar 01, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 15, 2026, SPA – His Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, and President of the General Presidency for Scholarly Research and Ifta, Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan, received at his office in Taif Governorate the Director General of the Branch of the General Presidency of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice in Makkah Region, Sheikh Fuad bin Saud Al-Omari, and his accompanying delegation. His Eminence welcomed the Director General and the delegation, urging them to fear Allah and to make their work sincere for the sake of Allah Almighty. He prayed to Allah to grant them success and assistance in fulfilling their mission of enjoining good and forbidding evil, under the care and attention that the wise leadership – may Allah support it – gives to everything that enhances the rite of enjoining good and forbidding evil and achieves legitimate and national interests.
