Hail Literary Association Launches Book 'The Poetic Image in the Poetry of Hail Region Poets' by Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharihi Al-Shammari

On Tuesday, the Hail Literary Association launched the book 'The Poetic Image in the Poetry of Hail Region Poets' by its author Dr. Ahmed bin Mutlaq Al-Sharihi Al-Shammari, in the presence of the head of the Hail Literary Association, Dr. Nayef Al-Muhaileb, and a number of writers and intellectuals from the Hail region.

During the launch ceremony, the author presented a literary reading of the poetic image in the works of Hail region poets, by observing the artistic and aesthetic features of the poetic image and what it reflects of a close connection to the place, environment, and poetic experience in the region.

A dialogue session was held, moderated by Ms. Joud Al-Shakheer, during which the most prominent topics and axes of the book were discussed, along with a discussion of the importance of the poetic image in constructing the poetic text and highlighting its artistic connotations.

At the conclusion of the launch ceremony, the author Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharihi signed copies of his publication for the attendees amid congratulations from those interested in literature, poetry, and criticism on the occasion of this new publication, which is considered a valuable addition to the cultural and literary library of the Hail region.
