Jeddah, Safar 09, 1448 AH corresponding to July 23, 2026 AD, SPA — His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a phone call today from His Excellency Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. At the beginning of the call, the Pakistani Prime Minister renewed his country's condemnation and denunciation of the attack launched by the Houthi militia on a Saudi vessel, and its threat to freedom of maritime navigation in the Red Sea, affirming Pakistan's firm and steadfast support for the security and sovereignty of the Kingdom. During the call, they also reviewed developments in the regional situation and efforts made to de-escalate and enhance security and stability in the region.
