How to Know the Reason for Ineligibility and Steps to Object in Citizen Account
Citizen Account stated that it is possible to know the reason for ineligibility through the account via the 'Eligibility Study' icon, and an objection must be submitted on the displayed reasons for ineligibility after updating the data according to the reason for ineligibility within a maximum of 90 days from the date of the eligibility result.
The program also explained that beneficiaries can use the estimated support calculator to find out the amount of support due through the following steps:
Log in to the program's website
Go to the estimated support calculator here
Enter the number of dependents under 18 years old
Enter the number of dependents over 18 years old
Add the family's monthly income then click 'Calculate'
The estimated calculator shows the monthly support amount for the family, the exemption limit from decrease, and the income threshold that prevents support.
Citizen Account also reminded that data is verified periodically and the entitlement amount is disbursed based on the data verified periodically for each payment.

Citizen Account application on smartphone:
Download the Citizen Account application from the app store on your smartphone, open the application and log in using your username and password, click 'Inquiry', enter your national ID number, click 'Search'. The amount of your due payment will appear, along with the deposit date. Unified contact center: Call the unified contact center at 199090, select Arabic language, select 'Citizen Account' service, follow the voice instructions to access the inquiry service for the payment amount. A customer service representative will ask you to enter your national ID number and will inform you of your due payment amount, as well as the deposit date.
