The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has specified the mechanism for reporting behavioral violations.

The Ministry explained, via platform X, that reports of violations (behavioral violations) can be submitted through the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's individual app via the link hrsd.gov.sa/hrsd-app.

The Ministry of Human Resources has specified the necessary procedures in case of delay in paying an employee's salary as part of the initiative 'Documented Employment Contract as an Executory Instrument', aimed at accelerating the worker's receipt of their due wages according to the documented employment contract.

Delay in paying the employee's salary

The Ministry of Human Resources explained that when an employee's salary is delayed, the required procedure is to verify that the employment contract has acquired 'executory status'. If the contract was documented or updated after October 2025, it is considered an executory instrument. This is done by visiting the 'Qiwa' platform to verify that the employee's documented employment contract has acquired the status of an executory instrument.

Afterwards, if 30 days have passed since the wage due date without full payment by the establishment, the employee can directly submit an enforcement request via the 'Najiz' platform.

The Ministry of Human Resources clarified that this does not require filing a labor lawsuit or going through the amicable settlement path for cases covered by the initiative.
