The operation project of the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Taiz Governorate provided its various medical services to 576 beneficiaries from the Yemeni people who lost their limbs, during the past month of June, supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.

The total services provided during the same period amounted to 1,579, including delivery, measurement, and maintenance of prosthetics, as well as physical therapy and specialized consultations.

The beneficiaries were distributed as 57% males and 43% females, while displaced persons accounted for 15% of the total beneficiaries and residents 85%.

This project falls within the humanitarian initiatives provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, with the aim of raising the efficiency of the health sector in Yemen and alleviating the suffering of citizens.
