Minister of Islamic Affairs Receives CEO of Royal Commission for Riyadh City

Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh received in his office at the ministry's headquarters in Riyadh today the CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, Eng. Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Sultan.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics of common interest, especially those related to the construction and development of mosques and enhancing their urban identity. A visual presentation was also given showcasing the commission's work and programs.

Al Al-Sheikh affirmed the ministry's commitment to realizing the visions and aspirations of the wise leadership—may God support them—in serving and building the houses of God in accordance with the Kingdom's urban identity. He expressed his appreciation for the Royal Commission for Riyadh City's team for their efforts and dedication to strengthening cooperation with the ministry to achieve strategic goals aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

For his part, Al-Sultan commended the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance for their commitment to enhancing cooperation in areas that serve the houses of God and contribute to strengthening their architectural identity through the cultural heritage that the Kingdom possesses, by issuing the 'Technical Guide for Building and Developing Mosques' in line with the Saudi Building Code. This guide includes all information for building and developing mosques in the Kingdom, covering legal, administrative, engineering, health, and operational requirements.
