Visitors of the first batch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Umrah and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance for the current year 1448H, visited on Friday evening the International Exhibition and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization in Medina.

This comes within the cultural program activities prepared by the ministry for the program guests during their visit to Medina.

The program guests reviewed the sections of the exhibition and museum, starting with the pavilion of the prophets (peace be upon them), the pavilion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), then the pavilions of Mecca and Medina in ancient times.

In addition to the pavilion of the tools and artifacts used by the Prophet (peace be upon him), then the pavilion of the Prophet's etiquette, morals, virtues and qualities, the pavilion of the Prophet's biography, as well as the pavilion of the Farewell Pilgrimage journey. The guests watched video clips and photos depicting the tolerance of the Islamic religion, the pure Prophet's biography, and the virtues of the prophets (peace be upon them), using modern display techniques, including 3D graphic panels, educational panoramas, and cinema screening halls.

Unique artifacts

The guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Umrah and Visit expressed their happiness with what they saw in the International Exhibition and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization of unique artifacts, and the arrangement and organization of Islamic historical events, presenting them in a different and concise style that highlights the Kingdom's interest in Islamic history, thanking the Ministry of Islamic Affairs for organizing enriching cultural visits for the program guests.

It is noteworthy that the first batch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Umrah and Visit includes (250) male and female pilgrims representing (16) Asian countries.

They are: Indonesia, East Timor, Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia.
