Prince of Madinah Region Confers New Ranks on Deputy Governor for Security Affairs and Director of Reception and Protocol

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Prince of Madinah Region, conferred on the Deputy Governor for Security Affairs, Brigadier General Tariq bin Muqbil Al-Qarafi, and the Director of Reception and Protocol at the Emirate, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed bin Abdulrahman Al-Dakhil, their new ranks, following the issuance of the noble royal order promoting them.

The Prince of the Region congratulated the promoted individuals, wishing them success and guidance, and hoping that the promotion would be an incentive for more dedication and sincerity in performing their duties, thereby contributing to enhancing the efficiency of security and administrative work and achieving the aspirations of the wise leadership.
