The National Unified Admission Platform (Qabul) will launch on August 3 the Continuity of Remaining Opportunities phase for applicants from high school graduates to reserve admission seats in public and private universities and technical and vocational training colleges for the new academic year 1448.

The platform indicated that this phase will continue until August 31, providing an opportunity for students who did not receive prior admission or wish to have another chance for a preference that was not included in their previous choices. It noted that the benefit from the continuity of remaining opportunities can be availed only once.

Continuity of Opportunities

Qabul clarified that the cases for benefiting from the continuity of remaining opportunities occur when confirming admission in the final results announcement phase, the desire to obtain an admission opportunity outside the list of preferences, in case of not receiving admission in the final results announcement phase, and in case of not confirming admission or canceling admission in the final results announcement phase.

It emphasized that this phase allows the applicant to review opportunities while maintaining their current seat, noting that when applying for the continuity of remaining opportunities, admission is direct.

Deadline Monitoring

According to the organizing guidelines, during the continuity phase, a student can review available opportunities while retaining their current seat; however, applying for one of the opportunities means accepting it directly upon meeting the specified conditions and criteria set by the educational institution.
