His Royal Highness Prince Rakan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Diriyah, received today in his office the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Holy Quran Memorization Society in Diriyah, Saad bin Abdullah Al-Nasser, and the students who won the competition of His Highness the Prince of Riyadh Region for the memorization, recitation, and interpretation of the Holy Quran for the year 1447 AH.

His Highness congratulated President Al-Nasser and the winning students for achieving second place in the competition, praising the efforts of the Holy Quran Memorization Society in Diriyah in teaching and memorizing the Holy Quran, and the programs and initiatives it provides that contribute to raising generations on the Book of God Almighty.

Prince Rakan bin Salman noted the direct care and attention given to the teaching and memorization of the Holy Quran by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect them - out of care for the Holy Book of God and its people, while also appreciating the patronage and support of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Prince of Riyadh Region, for the competition.

For their part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the society and the winning students expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Governor of Diriyah for his reception and congratulations, affirming that this support is an incentive for them to continue excellence and serve the Book of God Almighty.
