The Riyadh Region Municipality, represented by the Central Sector, and with the participation of the Municipal Compliance Program 'Mithal', conducted field inspection tours of public health facilities, including cloud kitchens and fast food restaurants, resulting in the issuance of (43) violations, as part of its ongoing efforts to raise the level of compliance with health and municipal requirements, strengthen market monitoring, verify the safety of products and foods provided to consumers, and protect public health during the summer period.

The observed violations included changes in the properties of frying oil, failure to wear gloves when preparing foods, failure to cover foods prepared for cooking, placing products in inappropriate places, accumulation of waste, in addition to violations related to license expiry and practicing activity outside the facility boundaries.

These efforts come within the municipality's ongoing work to enhance public health, raise the level of compliance with regulatory, health, and system requirements, and in line with its vision to be a pioneering municipality for a prosperous and sustainable Riyadh that improves the quality of life.
