The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, issued a royal order appointing His Excellency Mr. Shala'an bin Rajih bin Abdullah bin Shala'an as an advisor at the Royal Court at the rank of excellent.

The text of the royal order stated that the appointment came after reviewing the Basic Law of Governance, the Law of Ministers and Deputy Ministers and Employees of Excellent Rank, in addition to a number of relevant orders and regulations.

The royal order pointed out the necessity of notifying the relevant authorities to adopt and implement the decision.
