Social Development Bank Participates in Farmers' Market Festival in Turaif

The Social Development Bank is participating in the Farmers' Market Festival in Turaif Governorate, organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture branch in the Northern Borders Region, represented by the ministry's office in Turaif Governorate, with the participation of a number of government and private entities. The bank supports the participation of 17 productive families in the festival, contributing to enhancing their marketing opportunities and economic empowerment.

The four-day festival aims to support farmers and productive families, enhance the marketing of local agricultural products, and create direct sales outlets that contribute to raising the economic value of national products, in addition to introducing the quality of agricultural products for which Turaif Governorate is known.

The festival includes various pavilions showcasing dates, fresh vegetables and fruits, honey, and rural and food products, in addition to awareness and guidance programs highlighting sustainable agricultural practices and the importance of supporting local production, thereby enhancing the goals of agricultural development and food security.

The participation of the Social Development Bank comes within its efforts to support entrepreneurs and productive families, enhance their contribution to economic development, and empower them to access markets, achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the non-profit sector and supporting micro-enterprises and productive families.
