Sudanese Resident Apprehended for Camping Without Permit in 'Imam Faisal Reserve'

The Special Forces for Environmental Security have apprehended a Sudanese resident violating the environmental system for camping without a license in the Imam Faisal bin Turki Royal Reserve. Legal procedures have been applied against him.

The forces clarified that the penalty for camping in forests or national parks without a license is a fine of up to (3,000) riyals, urging the public to report any cases of environmental or wildlife violations by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions. All reports will be handled with full confidentiality without any liability on the reporter.
