The Blessing Preservation Association in the Riyadh region organized on Monday a training course titled 'Sustainable Kitchen,' presented by Chef Manal Nabil Al-Saud, as part of the association's efforts to raise awareness about the importance of preserving blessings and promoting sustainable practices that contribute to reducing food waste.

The course covered a number of awareness and applied topics, most notably: the concept of a sustainable kitchen, optimal methods for handling food, ways to efficiently utilize available resources, as well as daily practices that help reduce food surplus and promote a culture of sustainability in the home environment.

The course also highlighted the importance of raising awareness about responsible consumption behaviors and the role of the individual and family in preserving blessings, by adopting simple and effective practices that achieve a positive and sustainable impact.

This course is an extension of the Blessing Preservation Association's efforts in the Riyadh region to implement awareness and educational programs and initiatives, and to enhance community awareness of the importance of reducing food waste and establishing the concept of sustainability among community members.
