Urgent .. New restructuring in education.. 3 models for regional directorates to ensure fair distribution
The Ministry of Education has adopted a new classification of education directorates in the Kingdom, dividing them into three organizational models of varying sizes, with the aim of standardizing the mechanism for estimating human needs and achieving justice in the distribution of the workforce accurately.
The Ministry explained that the three models include directorates classified as "large, medium, and small," indicating that this classification was based on three main criteria: the number of students at 40%, the size of the workforce at 30%, and the number of schools at 30%.

According to the approved plan, the first model "A" included large directorates in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah, the Eastern Region, Asir, and Jeddah, while the second model "B" included medium directorates in the regions of Qassim, Jazan, Taif, Al-Ahsa, and Tabuk. The third model "C" included small directorates distributed in Najran, Al-Jouf, Al-Baha, the Northern Borders, and Hail.
Organizational measure
The Ministry of Education confirmed that this organizational measure comes within a new plan for workforce planning in the sector. The Ministry pointed out that the adoption of the plan came after a comprehensive review of the results of analyzing workloads in all directorates, noting that the new organization will contribute to building a unified model that reduces disparities between similar directorates and ensures a more accurate distribution of employees according to the actual size of each directorate.
