The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made over 70 digital services available through the national comprehensive app Tawakkalna, enabling individuals, establishments, and investors to complete a number of municipal, housing, and real estate procedures and access them through a unified and trusted digital channel. The available services include issuing, managing, and updating commercial licenses, issuing health certificates, as well as a number of construction services, including issuing building permits, occupancy and compliance certificates, regularizing building status, fencing land, and transferring building permit ownership. The services also allow beneficiaries to book appointments electronically, calculate municipal service fees, submit objections to fines and fees, inquire about transactions, land reports, and licenses, in addition to submitting reports related to improving urban landscape and damaged vehicles, and requesting municipal services. In the housing and real estate track, services include verifying housing support eligibility, inquiring about Sakani reservations, benefiting from the mortgage calculator and electronic mortgage finance, as well as leasing, investment, and real estate developer qualification services, issuing mobile vehicle permits, sidewalk occupancy permits, and organizing events. The availability of these services through the Tawakkalna app reflects the integration of the ministry's digital system and expands the channels for providing its municipal, housing, and real estate services, allowing beneficiaries to complete and track their transactions and access related information through a unified platform.
