Dr. Mutlaq Al-Mutairi, professor of political media at King Saud University, said that the Houthi aggressive behavior is a threat to the global economy and supply chains.

During an interview with Al-Ekhbariya channel, he added that the Houthis do not have a political or national project, but rather act as a tool in the hands of Iran to implement its demands.

Al-Mutairi pointed out that the Kingdom is capable of carrying out military campaigns and measures at the military and political levels to secure its ships.

Arab and international reactions condemning the attack carried out by the Houthi group in Yemen, targeting a ship belonging to a Saudi company while sailing in the Red Sea, have continued, amid warnings of its repercussions on international navigation security and energy supplies.
