The Riyadh Police, in coordination with the General Administration of Community Security and Combating Human Trafficking, arrested a foreigner after monitoring him performing acts contrary to public morals inside a relaxation and body care center (massage).

The security authorities stated that the suspect was detained immediately upon his arrest, and legal measures were taken against him before referring him to the Public Prosecution to complete legal procedures.

They also indicated that the violation of the municipal penalties regulation was applied to the center by the Riyadh Municipality, as part of the legal procedures taken regarding the incident.
