The joint field campaigns to monitor and arrest violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, conducted across all regions of the Kingdom from 14/08/1446 AH corresponding to 13/02/2025 to 20/08/1446 AH corresponding to 19/02/2025, resulted in the following outcomes:

First: The total number of violators arrested during the joint security field campaigns across all regions of the Kingdom reached 21,222, including 13,202 violators of the residency system, 4,911 violators of the border security system, and 3,109 violators of the labor system.

Second: A total of 1,376 individuals were arrested while attempting to cross the border into the Kingdom, of whom 40% were Yemeni nationals, 58% were Ethiopian nationals, and 2% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 86 individuals were arrested for attempting to cross the border out of the Kingdom illegally.

Third: Twenty-two individuals were arrested for involvement in transporting, harboring, employing, and concealing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations.

Fourth: A total of 40,519 violators are currently undergoing procedures to enforce regulations, including 36,213 men and 4,306 women.

Fifth: A total of 30,874 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 3,910 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and 10,170 violators were deported.

The Ministry of Interior emphasized that anyone who facilitates the entry of border security violators into the Kingdom, transports them within the country, provides shelter, or offers any form of assistance or service is subject to penalties of up to 15 years imprisonment, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and the shelter used, in addition to public defamation. It clarified that this crime is considered a major offense warranting arrest and is a crime against honor and integrity. The Ministry urged reporting any violations to phone number 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and 999 and 996 in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
