Following the terrorist Houthi group's attacks on Saudi Arabia targeting the southern region on Monday evening, a wave of Arab and Islamic condemnations ensued, rejecting the assault as a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law and an undermining of regional security and stability, while also expressing full solidarity with Saudi Arabia's security measures to protect its security and sovereignty against Houthi escalation.

America affirmed its standing with Saudi Arabia against the recent Houthi militia attacks, noting that the strategic relationship between Washington and Riyadh has grown stronger.

The US State Department told Al Arabiya English that America stresses that the Houthi group is a foreign terrorist organization, indicating that it will protect freedom of navigation in the Red Sea.

Washington emphasized in exclusive statements to Al Arabiya English that it will continue its efforts to combat terrorist groups in Yemen.

Meanwhile, Jassem Al-Budaiwi, the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned in the strongest terms the 'terrorist ballistic missile attack' carried out by the Houthi militia targeting the southern region of Saudi Arabia.

Al-Budaiwi affirmed that 'this cowardly assault constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law,' and reflects the militia's determination to undermine security and stability and threaten the safety of civilians and installations.

In the same context, the Gulf Cooperation Council stressed that the continuation of these terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia and its violation of all international laws and the ceasefire necessitate a firm and deterrent international stance that puts an end to its hostile practices and ensures accountability of those responsible, contributing to the protection of regional and international security and peace.

For its part, the Sultanate of Oman condemned the 'missile threats targeting the southern region of Saudi Arabia,' affirming its solidarity with the measures Saudi Arabia will take to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability.

Muscat called on all Yemeni parties to exercise restraint, adhere to the current truce, and resume the political process under UN auspices to achieve security and stability for Yemen and preserve the interests of neighboring countries.

In the context of Gulf positions condemning the Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, Bahrain strongly denounced and condemned the 'heinous terrorist attacks' launched by the Houthi militia using ballistic missiles, targeting southern Saudi Arabia, as a 'dangerous escalation constituting a flagrant violation of international law and undermining regional security and stability.'

Manama affirmed its firm position of full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its full support for the measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty, security, stability, and territorial integrity.

In a related context, Manama praised the Kingdom's efforts in leading the Arab coalition to support legitimacy in the Republic of Yemen, contributing to reaching a comprehensive and lasting political solution to the Yemeni crisis, in accordance with the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference, and UN Security Council Resolution 2216, preserving the unity, sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of brotherly Yemen.

Also, the State of Qatar strongly condemned the Houthi group's targeting of the southern region of Saudi Arabia with ballistic missiles, considering it a flagrant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and territorial integrity, a breach of international law, and a threat to the region's security and stability.

Qatar reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its full support for all measures it takes to preserve its security, stability, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

For its part, Kuwait strongly condemned the attacks targeting the southern region of the Kingdom with ballistic missiles, considering them a flagrant violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and territorial integrity, a breach of international law and international humanitarian law, and an escalation threatening regional security and stability.

On the Arab level, the Arab League condemned the Houthi targeting and expressed its rejection and denunciation of the terrorist Houthi attacks on the southern region of the Kingdom.

Similarly, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the Houthi targeting of the southern region of Saudi Arabia with ballistic missiles, describing it as a 'blatant violation and dangerous escalation' of international law. Amman also reiterated its absolute solidarity with Riyadh and its full support for all steps it takes to protect its sovereignty and the security of its citizens and residents.

The Arab Republic of Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the targeting of Saudi Arabia with missiles, which represents a dangerous escalation threatening the Kingdom's security and territorial integrity and undermining efforts to reduce tension and maintain regional security and stability.

In the same context, Lebanon condemned the attacks targeting Saudi Arabia and Jordan, considering them systematic attempts to undermine the stability of the Arabian Gulf and keep the region in a cycle of tension, serving agendas that do not wish well for the Arab peoples.

On the Islamic level, the Muslim World League today strongly condemned the attack launched by the Houthi group with ballistic missiles on the southern region of Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the League and Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, denounced in a statement this attack, which he described as 'cowardly terrorism that violated all religious values, laws, and international and humanitarian norms.'

The Secretary-General reaffirmed the Muslim World League's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to preserve its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
