A responsible source at the Ministry of Interior announced that based on information available to the competent authority in the Ministry, a criminal network in the Riyadh region specializing in drug trafficking and promotion was dismantled, and its members were arrested: (19) citizens, including (1) from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and a violator of the border security law of Ethiopian nationality, and a female expatriate of Moroccan nationality, and a male expatriate of Yemeni nationality. Legal procedures were taken against them, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution.

The Ministry of Interior, while announcing this, affirms that security agencies are vigilant against all criminal schemes targeting the nation and its youth with drugs, and will confront anyone who dares to compromise the security of the Kingdom, its citizens, and residents on its soil, whoever they may be.
