US Army Announces Strikes on Targets in Iran - Agencies

The Iranian army announced on Wednesday the killing of eight of its personnel in the latest strikes carried out by the United States on the south of the republic.

The army said in a statement carried by state television: 'Following the aggression carried out this morning by the US army on areas in southern Iran, eight members of the Islamic Republic of Iran's air force and navy were martyred in Bandar Abbas and Bushehr.'
