The Saudi Electronic University, represented by the Institute of Research and Studies, launched registration for the 'Cyber Security Law Specialist' program, from July 14 to August 14, 2026, in a step aimed at qualifying national competencies with legal and regulatory knowledge related to cybersecurity, and enhancing their readiness to keep pace with legislative developments and governance and compliance requirements. The program is delivered remotely, combining specialized lectures and self-learning, enhancing learning flexibility and meeting the needs of target groups, targeting executive leaders, cybersecurity personnel, lawyers and consultants, in addition to specialists in governance, compliance, and risk management. The program covers several specialized topics, including the national legislative framework for cybersecurity, governance of compliance according to national controls, digital investigations and legal aspects of cyber cases, drafting technical contracts, and legal writing of memos, policies, and reports.

The program is part of the Saudi Electronic University's efforts to offer specialized professional programs that contribute to developing national capabilities and supporting the building of qualified competencies for the requirements of the rapidly evolving digital and technical job market.
