Yemeni Foreign Ministry Condemns Houthi Missile Attack on Southern Saudi Arabia
The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the missile attack launched by the Houthi militia targeting southern Saudi Arabia, in an official Yemeni position rejecting Houthi military escalation.
In a statement published by the Yemeni news agency (Saba), the ministry affirmed that this attack represents a continuation of the militia's approach of dragging Yemen into conflicts that undermine regional peace and stability efforts.
The Yemeni Foreign Ministry reiterated its country's commitment to the option of peace, while emphasizing that it will not allow this commitment to become a cover for violating Yemen's sovereignty or bypassing its constitutional institutions, noting that it will continue to take all legitimate measures to protect its security and the interests of its people in accordance with the provisions of international law.
