3 changes in England's lineup against Argentina in semifinal clash
German coach Thomas Tuchel announced three changes to England's starting lineup ahead of their match against Argentina on Wednesday evening in the semifinals of the 2026 World Cup, while Lionel Scaloni made only one change to Argentina's lineup.

The Three Lions' lineup saw the return of Reece James at right-back, after he started in the first two group stage matches, while Tuchel fielded Jed Spence at left-back in place of Nico O'Riley.
The coaching staff also gave Morgan Rogers a starting opportunity on the wing at the expense of Noni Madueke, as part of the changes aimed at boosting the team's attacking strength against the defending champions.
On the other side, coach Lionel Scaloni made only one change compared to the lineup that played the last two matches, bringing in Giuliano Simeone as a starter instead of Rodrigo De Paul.
