Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, Minister of Interior, visited on Wednesday the Regulatory Control Unit at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium "Atletico Madrid" in Madrid, the Spanish capital, accompanied by Fernando Marlaska, Spanish Minister of Interior. According to the Saudi Press Agency "SPA", during the visit, the Minister of Interior inspected the technical system for security of sporting events at the stadium, and listened to an explanation of the security management system for sporting events and crowd management. The Minister also reviewed emergency response mechanisms and the role of modern technologies in enhancing security and safety during the hosting of major sporting events.
