Al-Fatih club management is preparing to announce a series of local and international deals in the coming days, in preparation for the start of the new season.

Al-Fatih had postponed the announcement of the new deals more than once, including names already present in the team's training, due to the financial crisis the club is going through.

Now, the club is in a suitable financial position to finalize the deals officially and obtain approval from 'Financial Sustainability' after the contracts of players Mohammed Al-Sarnokh and Nayef Masoud were sold to Al-Hilal and Al-Ahli respectively, before the end of last week, boosting the treasury and enabling the management to pay off many outstanding debts that prevented them from obtaining the financial competence certificate in the past winter transfer window, hoping to obtain it in the current summer transfer window.

Al-Fatih needs five foreign names and the same number of local names after the departure of a number of players, the latest of whom is Algerian player Sofiane Bendebka.

The financial value of a number of names that Al-Fatih's management has negotiated prevents finalizing the agreement with them, including Argentine player Vargas, who delivered distinguished performances with the team since his arrival as part of a group of names that helped save Al-Fatih from the relegation battle two seasons ago.

Among the most prominent names that Al-Fatih has reached an agreement with are Romanian midfielder Mihai Lixandru, Zambian Lamek Banda, and Dutch-born player Ruben Kilder, born in the city of Dhahran in 2005.

Coach Al-Atwi recommended a number of local names whose capabilities he knows from his previous experiences with the Saudi national teams or with Saudi clubs, the latest being Al-Diriyah, but reaching an agreement with them faces difficulties due to competition for prominent Saudi names among clubs, including Al-Hilal's Suhaib Al-Zaid, who also had an experience with Al-Fatih, in addition to Abdul Ilah Al-Khaibari and Yassin Al-Zubaidi from Al-Ahli.

Al-Fatih is holding its training camp in Marbella, Spain, which continues until August 4th; the team played two matches against unknown teams, losing the first 1-4 and winning the second 6-0, while it is expected to play matches against stronger teams before returning from the current external camp, including a match against Spanish team Real Mallorca.
