Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano said that Al-Ahli are currently in advanced negotiations with Sporting Lisbon to acquire Francisco Trincão to occupy the winger position in the new season.

He explained that negotiations are ongoing between the two clubs, and the player is open to moving to Al-Ahli, with the deal potentially reaching around 50 million euros.

Trincão is currently with the Portuguese national team in the World Cup finals alongside legend Cristiano Ronaldo, but he has not yet had the opportunity to play.
