As part of the club's efforts to utilize distinguished national competencies, the management of Al-Salam Club in Al-Awamiya has contracted with national coaches to train the youth football categories for the new season 2026-2027, represented by both:

1- National coach Maitham Al-Kassar, holder of the Asian B coaching certificate from the Bahrain Football Association and a C certificate from the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, in addition to several courses in physical preparation and sports psychology. He previously trained in several youth clubs including Al-Taraji, Al-Ibtisam, and Stars Academy, and also worked previously as an assistant coach for Al-Salam's first team.

2- Captain Moussa Abbas Al-Ajmi, holder of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and an Asian C coaching certificate from the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, in addition to courses in physical preparation, fitness, and sports refereeing. Last season, he worked as an assistant coach at Al-Salam Club with the first team and contributed to promotion to the Third Division. He has also previously worked as a head coach for several clubs' first teams or youth categories, including Al-Taraji, Al-Salam, Al-Jazeera, and others.
