Al Nisfan Reaches Quarterfinals of World Junior Squash Championships

Saudi national team player Mohammed Al Nisfan advanced to the quarterfinals of the World Junior Championships, held in Toronto, Canada, after defeating England's Dylan Roberts in the round of 16 with a score of 3-1 in a marathon match that lasted approximately 98 minutes.

The Saudi player began his journey in the tournament from the round of 32, defeating Japan's Shunsaku Kariyazono 3-0, securing his spot in the round of 16, a stage he had reached in the previous edition of the tournament held in Egypt, before continuing his brilliance and achieving a historic feat by reaching the quarterfinals.

President of the Saudi Squash Federation, Dr. Adel Al-Aqili, congratulated the player on this achievement, affirming that reaching the quarterfinals of the World Championships for the first time in the history of the sport reflects the significant development of Saudi squash and embodies the fruits of technical and administrative work over the past years.
