Al-Qadsiah swimming team (men and women) succeeded in achieving remarkable results at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 season, having won during 20 tournaments 680 various medals, including 309 gold medals, 207 silver medals, and 164 bronze medals.

For the men's team, they won during 14 tournaments 496 medals, including 231 gold medals, 150 silver medals, and 115 bronze medals, and they achieved the first place cup on 14 occasions, confirming their dominance in local competitions. As for the women's team, they recorded a remarkable presence in six tournaments by achieving 184 medals, including 78 gold medals, 57 silver medals, and 49 bronze medals, in addition to achieving two first places and two third places.
