The administrations of Al-Ahli and Al-Fateh have agreed on the transfer of Naif Masoud, the first-team midfielder, to the Jeddah club for around 15 million riyals, according to what special sources revealed to Al-Riyadiya. The same sources explained that the agreement includes the loan of left-back Abdul Ilah Al-Khaibari to Al-Fateh, while the Al-Ahli administration awaits Yassin Al-Zubaidi's approval to also move on loan to the Al-Ahsa club, which would reduce the financial value of the deal to 12 million riyals. According to the agreement between the two clubs, Al-Ahli will pay Masoud's transfer fee in three installments over one and a half years, according to the sources. Masoud is 25 years old and progressed through the youth categories of Al-Qadsiah before representing Al-Khaleej on loan at the first-team level, then moving to Al-Fateh in the summer of 2024. The midfielder participated in 25 matches in the Saudi Roshn League last season.
