The Saudi Jiu-Jitsu team is participating in the Asian Championship competitions, hosted by the Kazakh city of Almaty, with four age categories: adults, under 21, under 18, and under 16. The Green Jiu-Jitsu enters the championship with a list of 28 players representing the different age groups. The adult category includes: Abdul Malik Al Marzouqi, Muhammad bin Huraymil, Issa Al Shamisani, Osama Saleh, Ahmed Al Issa, and Omar Nada. The under-21 category is represented by Muhammad Al-Ahmadi, Bassam Falatah, Abdul Rahman Hannawi, Adam, Abdullah Nada, Hussein Al-Yami, and Sultana Al-Dosari. The under-18 category list includes Jamal Jahlan, Nayef Al-Juhani, Malik Al-Shaib, Muhammad Al-Muaiouf, Khaled Habab, Waleed Al-Haidari, Ilyas Banger, Abdul Rahman Faqih, and Omar bin Mahfouz. The under-16 category includes Sultan Malas, Hashim Idris, Abdul Rahman Barangi, Sultan Bahbari, Hadeel Qadaha, and Abdul Rahman Al-Muaiouf. The Green Jiu-Jitsu prepared for the Asian championship through an intensive training program in Jeddah, aimed at raising the technical and physical readiness of the players in preparation for the upcoming competitions.
